“Lucien recently helped me to diagnose and dispell malefic magic being worked against me and this is a testimonial about my experience.

I came to Lucien after having night terrors for a few months that started out of nowhere and kept getting worse. When I came to them I was also beginning to get sick on a abnormally frequent basis. I performed my own divination to look at the situation but I’m not a super skilled diviner and I just kept getting cards that made me think something was up despite not being sure what exactly. I have a friend who was a client of Lucien’s before and they suggested I reach out.

Right away Lucien was very friendly and professional. I used the Purging Smoke to help me cleanse a new apartment I’m in that’s been giving me really bad vibes as well as nightmares since I moved in and it was somewhat like

introducing a breath of fresh air into the whole space. The smell was intense in an herbal and almost minty way that I thought was invigorating. “On Lailoken’s divination – a review

I don’t buy divination services very often. Usually, it’s something I handle on my own. However, exceptional situations ask for exceptional measures.

As some of you may know, I am oath-bound to Dionysus. This oath was done quite informally very early on in my practice. Probably even too early, in the sense that if I were to follow my own advice, I’d probably have discouraged myself from swearing anything at the time (but tbh I’m not known for following my own reason).

All this to say, an oath like mine, which had no particular time framework, fades after several years, and the question of renewal needs to be addressed. Oaths are serious business, and as much as I did investigate things on my ow this is the type of question that I felt needed a secondary opinion.

@lailoken has a very good track record and I’ve read really good things about them and their abilities, which is why I was tempted to ask for a reading with a technique I do not practice (scrying) -and oh! what a reading this was!-

Lailoken is, indeed, a spectacular diviner. Not only were they able to give me clear elements to work with, they managed to interpret information that was obviously tailored to my understanding and managed to gracefully understand those things.

How could I not, when struck by such clear-eyed vision and insight, bend and join the choir of praise?
@lailoken is a fantastic diviner-as so many more can attest, but I’m here to add one more voice to the song, one more experience and perspective to the matter.
As longtime followers & friends know, I have severe skeptic brain, deep trust issues that extend to my own brain/ perception, and a brick skull as far as the subtle world goes. You almost have to bludgeon me over the head to get my attention, if you’re a spirit. (And one has, but that’s not the topic at the moment, you’ll hear about that later).

Like others, I would like to write a review for @lailoken’s beautiful divination service. Their skill as a Seer is something I’d like to express as absolutely incredible. Their ability to pinpoint such specific, evocative personal imagery and meaning is shocking, and they are someone who deserves every ounce of respect and support.

Before delving into specifics, I’d like to mention the kind and caring tone that Lailoken had taken with me when coming to them for my reading. They are understanding, genuine and direct in what they’d like to say both in planning and in communication of the reading. It’s incredibly appreciated.

When coming to Lailoken for this reading, I was in a bit of a crisis regarding myself and the path I’m headed on. I needed a grounding force outside of myself, someone who knew little to nothing about me, to help me see that I am in fact standing on my own feet after falling into a blinding fog. What they did for me was just that. Lailoken was able to bring out messages, ideas and images that corresponded to my own specific feelings and deliberations I was making in the recent past that I had not expressed outwardly. They were able to communicate these ideas, effectively giving me the reassurance that I do know where I’m standing. They gave me the aid I needed at this moment, and for that I’m grateful.

On a more technical sense, their way of streamlining information was effective and interactive. We talked through images first, then went onto interpretations- talking through a mix of scrying and card reading, for reference.

-Regarding some specifics.

Even out the gate, their first vision was incredibly evocative and deeply resonating within me. An idea that I feel deeply, put into words that I’d like to express. The state of being unsure whether you’re falling or flying, terrified or exhilarated. Like two sides of the same coin, flipped in the air.

Each of these visions, described very well, were beautiful and very personal. Lailoken was able to pick up on various details surrounding me given in these visions- ones that obviously they wouldn’t have known ahead of time.

They were able to pinpoint specific spirits who are playing important roles in my life making appearances in the reading without prior knowledge of who I’ve been running around with.

They were even able to go so far as recount visions that I myself have had previously. Which is something that took both of us by complete surprise; I had illustrated these images at earlier times in the past year and was able to create a shared link between us in support of the authenticity of the reading. When they began describing certain things, I was shot back to memory of these visions and my decision to replicate them. It’s one thing to be able to hear someone describing things you’ve seen, which is shocking to begin with, but it’s another to be able to say “…Is this what you saw?”, pop out an illustration and see a physical representation of a shared experience between two people who don’t know one another. That is especially interesting, in my opinion at least.
Their messages for me were clear.
This was the type of question where I, without giving any information to the Seer, hopefully will hear things that I already have some knowledge of. Obviously this is not true for the entirety of the reading, but for where it matters. I mention this, because I was able to say something to the effect of “Considering the themes of the reading you mentioned earlier, I assume you know where I am currently with this”, to which the answer was undoubtedly yes as they told me the answer with accuracy. I find that a mark of authentic skill- to see and know so accurately what only one party knows. I also thought it was legitimately very cool to be able to say that during a reading. 🙂

“Of the Mists – A Review

I wish to sing praise of a divine Seer, who peered through cracks in the Wyrd and unraveled a thread for me.

There always comes a time where you will need an outsider’s perspective on your circumstances, ideally from someone talented who you trust, but who just doesn’t know you as much, thus being able to provide as close as a neutral, unbiased judgement as can be. When I approached Lailoken at the beginning of October, I felt in such a place. My magical and spiritual lives were being comfortably installed in a routine which, although satisfyingly grounding. was slowly growing on me and making me restless. I was looking for insight and guidance as to what was to come, as I was feeling as if in anticipation of something big, without quite knowing what I wanted nor where to look. What did my next steps ought to be?

We agreed Lailoken would finish a current working for a client and get back to me (I was in no rush). But as timing would have it – being, it is true, an integral part of the magical laws this client bailed out and Lailoken became available way sooner than expected. It was quickly decided that the reading would be conducted on the night of October the 31st, the eerie full moon proving an appropriate omen. This is the first thing I appreciated in Lailoken: this attention to details, their considerate approach, their clear communication, their transparency, and their dedication in making the reading matter. Indeed I appealed to her to have answers concerning a question that myself, despite my divinations, I could not solve (properly and clearly).

“During my exploration of the Melanaigis aspect of Dionysus,
I have been trying to find a way to connect with him, something I could use to focus on that would act as a doorway to him. Inspired by the various sigils and seals of @lailoken, I sought their help to create a symbol that represents that Black Goat aspect of Dionysus and the result is excellent. It really captures the essence of Dionysus Melanaigis and there has been occurrences during the actual creation process of the sigil that proves that Lailoken is tapping into an actual entity, and the behavior of that entity matches what I later found out about Dionysus Melanaigis through research. Since then, I have used the sigil in my meditations and rituals to great successes.
